Whale watching was incredible — we saw blue whales and dolphins! The beach is perfect for relaxing and the seafood is fresh and cheap.

Best beach in Sri Lanka for sunsets. Parrot Rock is a must for photos. Surfed for the first time here and the instructors were great.

Lovely vibe but gets very busy in peak season. Some beach bars are overpriced. The turtle snorkeling was amazing though!
