Little England is absolutely charming! The tea plantations are gorgeous and the train ride from Kandy was the highlight of our trip. Very cold though — pack warm!

Gregory Lake at sunset is magical. We loved the fresh strawberry cream at Pedro Estate. A perfect escape from the tropical heat.

Beautiful hill station but very crowded during New Year. Book hotels well in advance. The golf course views are spectacular.
