Wasgamuwa National Park

Wasgamuwa is the park that Yala visitors wish they had discovered first. Tucked away in the central highlands between the Mahaweli and Amban rivers, this lesser-known sanctuary offers all the wildlife of Sri Lanka's famous parks without the jeep traffic.
